Thought Leader and CEO
Vince Micciche and his partner Andrew Kalinowski founded Procorp Securities in 1983. The firm was formed originally to accommodate the unique needs and values of its founders in the provision of securities, advisory services and advanced financial planning while high net worth clients. In its early years, it drew the attention of similarly situated advisors who found insurance company owned broker/dealers too limited and conflicted in their product offerings. It also attracted traditional wire house brokers who sought increased autonomy and a more personal business environment.
The decade of the 90’s brought significant growth and expansion. The firm merged with a large Independent Marketing Organization and became LifeMark Securities Corp.
Today, Lifemark is registered in all 50 states as a broker/dealer and SEC Registered Investment Advisor. It serves independent advisors and customers throughout the United States.
Since its inception, LifeMark has advanced Stewardship Principles and ethotic leadership within the Financial Services Industry. It continues to attract like-minded independent advisors seeking best of breed products and services delivered on a “first name” basis.
Often controversial, Vince is an outspoken advocate of transparency and uniform standards within the financial services industry. Seen as a thought leader and provocateur on the lecture tour, he challenges the industry’s status quo and calls for increased transparency and the creation of a uniform fiduciary standard for the industry.
